BROOKLYN HAS MAINTAINED PARTICIPATION IN ITS ACTIVITIES DURING THE YEAR, IN PARTICULAR SEEING FURTHER SUCCESS WITH RESPECT TO ITS OBJECTIVE TO RAISE FEMALE PARTICIPATION IN FOOTBALL.

FOR THE 21-22 SEASON WE TOOK THE DECISION NOT TO INCREASE MEMBERSHIP FEES, TO REFLECT ONGOING PANDEMIC DISRUPTION OVER RECENT SEASONS. AS NOTED IN LAST YEAR’S REPORT, THIS LED TO A WELL ANTICIPATED SHORTFALL IN INCOME VS EXPENSES FOR THE 2021-22 FINANCIAL YEAR. WE WERE ABLE TO MANAGE THIS WITHIN OUR BUDGETING PROCESS.
