Summary of the purposes of the charity as set out in its governing document	Para 1.17	To establish and run a village hall for the benefit of the inhabitants of the parish of Dymchurch in the county of Kent and the surrounding parishes.
Summary of the main activities in relation to those purposes for the public benefit, in particular, the activities, projects or services identified in the accounts.	Para 1.17 and 1.19	For most of the period the Hall could not be used by local residents due to the government’s covid restrictions. However the Pre-School was able to continue as it was exempt for these restrictions. In the later part of the period we were able to re-start some of our other regular groups following a covid risk assessment. As a consequence, income from Lettings was reduced, however government grants of over £18,000 relieved any financial pressure and left us in a good position to fully resume normal operation when conditions allow.
