We will make grants to voluntary and community sector groups ,and individuals,in Hartlepool and the surrounding area to help meet local needs. We also will make facilities and accommodation available, and provide information and guidance to such organisations,social enterprises and small businesses,again to help meet needs,

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:a) To Prevent Or Relieve Poverty By Providing: Grants, Items And Services To Individuals In Need And/or Charities, Or Other Organisations Working To Prevent Or Relieve Poverty. B) To Promote Any Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Public, And, In Particular, Build The Capacity Of Third Sector Organisations And Provide Them With The Necessary Support, Information And Services To Enable Them To Pursue Or Contribute To Any Charitable Purpose.c) To Promote, Organise And Facilitate Co-Operation And Partnership Working Between Third Sector, Statutory And Other Relevant Bodies In The Achievement Of The Above Purposes.the Charity Will Work In Particular But Not Exclusively In Hartlepool And The Surrounding Area.
