Their role is lo ensure selected students lil the criteria of the programme and will work closely with the brokerage l education contacts lo ensuie this is adhered lo. They work with the Cluster Head lo ensure all relevant regislfalion forms are completed in a timely and regulatory manner. Each participating business partner within all of the 25 clusleis could not run their SMBP day wilhoul the help of the three or more employees that volunteer their IiTne lo assist with the delivery ol the day on their sile. Where coaches or long group train journeys are arranged by SMBP for travel, employees also volunteer as chaperones lo ensure students are accompanied. with one lead chaperone completing an enhanced DBS check. Students allend a Work Insight and Skills week. spending a day al a professional sports club where students learn about the psychology of resilien¢e and goal achievement models. supported by our delivery partner Cleartrack Performance. This is followed by a day al each of four different businesses.
