All voting rights are equal amongst members. All voting including what constitutes a majority and how many votes are needed to pass a motion can be found in the charities governing document.

Section C Objectives and activities

There has been minimal change to the circumstances of KOAC this financial year meaning very limited activity. Our social media presence has dwindled due to not being able to find someone to consistently post on our behalf, this has led to a drop in requests for help. We aim to increase our presence again in 2025 so that we can begin to help more people to reduce the cash being carried by the charity. Once this has been done, we will begin a discussion on the future of KOAC as a Summary of the main activities undertaken for the charity. public benefit in relation to We did somehow have more applications and help more people than the year these objects before.
