Inde ndent examinerfs re ort to the committee members of Audle Pla ers Theatre Club for the ear ended 30 June 2025 Respective Tosponsibilities of commlttae MOMrn and Indopendent examlner The Organisatn is a Charitable Incorporated OrrJanisation {No.1174049) and, as such, is under no statutory obligation to prepare accounts in any particular format, nor is it Obled to have those accounts subject to any extemal scrutiny such as an audit or independent examinatson unless the tumover exceeds £25K However. the committee members have deternined that an independent examinalion would be appropriate regardless of the turnover amounL Basis of independont oxamlnorfs Yeport An examination includes a review of the accountsng records kept by the organisation and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also indudes a consideration of any unusual rtems or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanatrons from you as committee members nrnIng any such matters. The procedures undertraken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audrt, and consequenty I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts. Indendent examlnerfs statwnent In connection wtth my examination, no matter has come to my attents"on. Whh gives me reasonable use to believe that in any material respect the mmIttee memb8rs have not met the requirements to ensure that. proper accountsng records are kept.. and accounts are prepared which agree with ts accountin9 re(x)rds or To which, in my opinK)n, attention should be dra in order to enable a proper understsnding of the accounts to be reached.
