The Organisat￿n is a Charitable Incorporated OrrJanisation {No.1174049) and, as such, is under no
statutory obligation to prepare accounts in any particular format, nor is it Obl￿ed to have those
accounts subject to any extemal scrutiny such as an audit or independent examinatson unless the
tumover exceeds £25K However. the committee members have deternined that an independent
examinalion would be appropriate regardless of the turnover amounL
Basis of independont oxamlnorfs Yeport
An examination includes a review of the accountsng records kept by the organisation and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also indudes a consideration of any
unusual rtems or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanatrons from you as committee
members ￿n￿rnIng any such matters. The procedures undertraken do not provide all the evidence
that would be required in an audrt, and consequenty I do not express an audit opinion on the
accounts.
