There were extra Costs that were due bLrt not paid in the year which will effectivaly makos this loss grealer but this has been listed as Iiabilrt￿$ due to be paid after the year and. The dub received • bill for this. for the 12-monlh per￿ of June 2110 March 2022 and this was paid in instalments one being Apnl 2022 and the balance later In the year. The hire of the faulrties Is having a signrficanl imp&t on the dub's ability to maintain or increase our cash reseNes. During the year the café and bar propct was finished, and the n buikling was completed. We set up a trading company called KPFC Soaal and members of the dub and the public wère able to use the fau'lrt$ The income for the year was £14,249 and this amount has s¢gnrfKantty helped mantain our ¢ash rnseNe8 and allcm us to keep 9￿￿n9 and developing the club. Wrthoul this the impact of the hiro c08t of the changing rooms vnukl have affected the reseNes much more. The trading company was aLso u$8d lo pay ￿feree$ for games and this cost of £5,676 has reduced the amount of profrts donated by the trading company which will tkry paid a¢ro8s in 0￿mber 2022 as this wa8 effectsvely a ban by the trading company for the charty. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2022

Responsibilities and basis of report

As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

• the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or

• the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
