Financial Review
----- Start of picture text -----
Review of the charity’s Para 1.21 The charity is in a reasonable financial
financial position at the end position but does not have sufficient funds
of the period for a much-needed redevelopment. Good
surplus this year, because little was spent on
property.

stating why they are held reserves for redevelopment.
