The Community<br>Fund, inherited from Kings Acre, earns<br>investment returns that are available, by<br>decision of the Trustees, to community<br>projects.<br>Trustees rent office space to a prisoner<br>Para 1.38  befriending organisation at favourable rental<br>Policy on social investment  as positive support for their work in prisons,<br>including program related  considering the church is opposite Brixton<br>investment  Prison. ## **Financial Review**

Review of the charity’s  Para 1.21  The charity is in a reasonable financial<br>financial position at the end  position but does not have sufficient funds<br>of the period  for a much-needed redevelopment. Good<br>surplus this year, because little was spent on<br>property.<br>Statement explaining the  Para 1.22  The church’s total liquid funds are close to<br>policy for holding reserves  its turnover.
