The objects of the CIO are to establish and run a village hall and to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Wicken, Upware and Padney without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, nationality, race or political, religious Summary of the objects or other opinions the provision of facilities for recreation or other of the charity set out in leisure time occupation of individuals who have the need of its governing document such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants.

Section D Achievements and performance

Summary of the main The Hall resumed regular activities following covid restrictions. achievements of the New Trustees were welcomed onto the Committee and events charity during the year were organized and hiring’s commenced again. The Trustees were therefore able to make significant improvements to the Hall, including updating the lighting to led, new roller blinds and internal bi-fold doors.
