EXPLANATION
I have written to the Charity Commission to request exemption from submitting full accounts and an auditor report for this particular year.
My reason is, because of the pandemic, that the charity only received a single donation on 12[th] June 2020 of £31,987-24 for the year 2020 to 2021 and there was no expenditure at all during the whole year.
I have only started to draw funds from the charity account this year ( 2021 to 2022) for our RSK shelter training courses in Nepal. We have recently partnered with the Nepal Red Cross and I anticipate that the remaining funds will be continued to be drawn over the next 2 years for emergency relief tarpaulins and shelter training. I shall next year be better able to account for the use of this donation by the Charity.
I hope the Charity Commission will look favourably on this request.
Signed:
Shaun Halbert
Trustee and Director of Reciproboo Shelter, Health and Education Charity
