We work alongside outside agencies to a¢TEss and provide support for thildren and families with addttional needs, to ensure they can access our setting. Section D Achievements and performance Woodlands Childcare have continually worked hard to provide care, education and support for all children throughout the year. We continued to provide care education and support for all children and support new children to transistion into preschool successfully. We provided children with activtknes and eXperienS to encourage and engage their individual interests, to promote their leaming, provide hallenges and promote and support their social interactions and relab'onships virth their peers and aduts. We have acSed support from outside agencies to enhano and support what we provide for children, utilising their expertise to enable us to support and care for all children regardless of abilty or need. We continue to build good links with the primary school. district centre and lo¢al childrens LEntre. We have accessed indusion funding to support children within the setting, providing enhanced ratio's. Staff have accessd training from outside agencies to support the children in our setting. . Staff build strong relationships with the children to support them to feel cared for and safe whilst in the setttng allowing them to play, learn, build relats"onships and face Ghallenges. Jthough our main fundraising events have been drfFicult to maintain we were still able to provide children wilh special eXperienS such as visits from Father Christmas, the Easter bunny and leavers gifts. We were able to provide the children with a lovely experience by inviting Incredible eggs to prowde us with duckling eggs for the children to watch hatch and grow, all the thildren thoroughly enjoyed the experien.
