The principal activity of THE Partnership is the advancement of education for the public benefit in and through member schools and other educational settings and initiatives, initially focused on the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
Objects: 3.1 The Company's Objects (The "Objects") Are Specifically Restricted To The Following: 3.1.1 The Advancement Of Education For The Public Benefit In And Through Member Schools And Other Educational Settings And Initiatives In The United Kingdom, With An Initial Focus On The London Borough Of Tower Hamlets, Including By:(a) Enabling Schools To Work Together To Improve Themselves And Each Other; (B) Promoting The Quality Of Teaching And Learning; (C) Providing Or Procuring School Improvement Services To Member Schools;(d) Providing Opportunities For Development And Learning Of Staff, Governors And Parents At Member Schools, And Of Staff And Directors Of The Company;(e) Maintaining And Analysing Results And Performance Of Pupils, Schools And Other Educational Settings And Initiatives; And(f) Providing Or Procuring Other Services To Schools And Other Educational Settings And Initiatives; And3.1.2 The Promotion Of Any Other Charitable Purpose As The Directors May Determine From Time To Time.
