We planned our annual church program to meet the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit at our trustee meetings.
Activities in the period in question were curtailed because of the introduction of restrictions due to the pandemic. However we were able to do the following:

Increased attendance to church meetings as most people encourage some form of fellowship due to the pandemic. Some persons we had not seen in a while were able to join our online meetings.

We organised our annual youth program on initial career decisionmaking and conference on “Say NO to drugs and gangs. This was online via ZOOM and the attendance was encouraging.

We have four volunteers. Two of the volunteers are trustees and members of the church as well whilst the other 2 are members only. We value their contributions during the year in the area of Evangelism and conference organisation. We appreciate their time, energy and financial contributions toward church activities.

The charity policy is that all incomes or reserves must be paid into the Brief statement of the bank unless offerings days falls on Sundays or bank holidays. charity’s policy on reserves There are 2 persons on the rota to count offerings to ensure accountability.

Our main sources of fund this year are offerings from church collections and individual special giving toward a program or conferences. We use these funds to pay rents, Zoom subscription and other expenses namely stationery such as children’s reading books and bibles.
