Para 1.20 | For this reporting period, all activities have been in maintaining the property owned by the Charity, with the aim of a complete refurbishment in order to conduct the Aims of the Charity. A lack of available appropriate funding which is beyond the control of the Charity has delayed the ongoing work of preventing further deterioration and completing the emergency repairs. Focus has been on funding research and application writing, developing our collaboration with Lincoln University (Heritage studies ), fundraising and events to maintain community awareness of the project. |

Para 1.41 | As the Charity's objectives were harmed by the considerable delays made by Lincoln Diocese (the previous property managers) the focus has had to be on the building's emergency repairs. Meanwhile the need for this community facility has become more necessary, if not urgent, as time goes on – the Objectives of the Charity become more relevant. |
