Thls Is a holistlc approach. We flrst rneet the Immedlate practlcal needs of the tenant, then help them address the underlylng causes whlch led to them belng In poverty. The posltive framework of relatlonshlp through the Empowerrnent Worker and the church's frlendshlp and support team play a slgnlflcant role In helplng tenants to move out of poverty. Thls Is our eighth full year of operatlon, and we contlnue to run five houses, During thls year, we worked wlth the owner of one of our properties to release £355,000 of equlty. Our part tlme Empowerment Worker In Crawley left in December 2024, and we successfully recruited a replacement.
