Section D Achievements and performance

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year

The Trustees of Christ Victorious Power Ministry are pleased to present their annual report for the period covering December 2023 to December 2024.

This report outlines the ministry’s activities, achievements, and challenges during the period under review, as well as its continued efforts to support members and the wider community through prayer, counselling, and charitable outreach.

In April 2024, Prophetess Victoria, the church’s spiritual leader, underwent knee surgery and has since been in recovery. During this time, ministry operations, meetings, and counselling sessions have continued via telephone and online platforms. Members have been visiting from time to time to offer fellowship, prayer, and encouragement.

In 2024, recovery from the knee operation has shown steady progress. However, the other knee has developed discomfort and may require a similar procedure in the near future. Prophetess Victoria also underwent eye surgery during the year, which has limited her ability to drive and attend church physically. Despite these challenges, she continues to lead prayers, conduct consultations, and provide spiritual guidance through online means and at home visits.

Due to the health circumstances mentioned above, and challenges associated with travel distance to the previous venue, physical church services were temporarily suspended.

Throughout the year from December 2023 to December 2024, the ministry maintained active fellowship through:

In January 2024, the Trustees began exploring options for a new worship venue closer to the headquarters to allow for easier access once in-person services resume.

The church continues to demonstrate strong pastoral care and compassion for its members. In 2024, the church family experienced the sad loss of Trustee Member Brother Maxwell Nelson’s daughter, aged 35. This was a great loss to the ministry and its members. The Trustees held several meetings to arrange support for the family, with Sister Francesca providing exceptional assistance throughout the period. Prophetess Victoria, the church’s spiritual leader, contributed £300 towards the funeral and burial arrangements.

Additionally, Sister Ena Hayton was supported following the loss of her partner. Members visited her regularly, prayed with her, and offered ongoing emotional and spiritual support.

Section D Achievements and performance

Brother Dale suffered the loss of his daughter in Jamaica, and the church provided both financial assistance and spiritual encouragement during this difficult time.

Throughout the reporting period, the ministry also provided prayer, food, and financial assistance to members and families experiencing hardship or crisis, reflecting its commitment to Christian compassion and practical support.

In 2024, the church welcomed visitors from Canada, who joined members for a time of prayer, fellowship, and thanksgiving at the Prophetess’s residence. This occasion provided a moment of refreshment and mutual encouragement within the faith community.

The ministry continues to operate as a supportive spiritual family, fostering unity, prayer, and love among its members, even in the absence of regular physical gatherings.

The Trustees remain committed to:

The Trustees wish to express sincere gratitude to:

All church members for their faith, commitment, and continued financial contributions, those who have supported others through visitation, prayer, and giving, And especially to Prophetess Victoria for her unwavering dedication and leadership during her recovery period.

The Trustees give thanks to God for His grace and provision throughout the year 2023 - 2024, and for sustaining the ministry in love and unity.
