Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are A) To Hold Meetings On Sundays And During The Week To Advance The Christian Religion Within The Tenets Of Our Faith Which Are:-Ò Belief In God The Father, Jesus Christ As The Son Of God And The Holy Spirit.ò The Death, Descent Into Hell, Resurrection, And Ascension Of Christ.ò The Holiness Of The Church And The Communion Of Saints.ò Christ's Second Coming, The Day Of Judgement And Salvation Of The Faithful.b) Where Necessary, To Seek Licences To Perform Church Ceremonies Such A Baptism, Marriage And Burial.c) To Raise Local Churches All Over The World Where The Spiritual Needy Can Find Love, Acceptance, Help, Hope, Forgiveness And Encouragement.d) To Open Christian Counselling Centres, Immigrants Information Centres, Prayer And Hope Centres, Theological Training Colleges In Main Cities Worldwide.e) To Relive Poverty And Sickness And Relive The Persons Anywhere In The World Who Are In Condition Of Sickness, Hardship And Distress As A Result Of The Effects Of War, Famine Or Any Other Natural Or Man-Made Disaster.f) To Train Persons From Anywhere In The World Who Will Help In The Furtherance Of The Objectives Of The Charity But No Otherwise.g) To Pioneer Churches All Over The World And To Send Members On Short And Long Term Missions And Project Work In Every Continent.h) To Promote, Present, Build And Protect Indigenous Churches And Independent Ministries By Ordaining And Licensing Their Clergies Worldwide.i) To Construct, Build, Lease Properties/lands, Theological Colleges, Universities, Childrenæs Homes, Hospitals, Prayer Centres, Rehab Homes, Womenæs Refuge Homes, Elderly Peopleæs Homes And Related Projects To Cater For All Communities Worldwide.in Furtherance To The Objects But Not Otherwise The CIO May Exercise The Following Powers:i) To Draw, Make, Accept, Endorse, Discount, Execute And Issue Promissory Notes, Bills, Cheques And Other Instruments And To Operate Bank Accounts In The Name Of The Cio.ii) To Raise Funds To Invite And Receive Contributions: Provided That In Raising Funds The CIO Shall Not Undertake Any Substantial Permanent Trading Activities.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005] And [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008]
