Activities

The main activity of our charity is to advance the Christian faith particularly in London and at the discretion of the Trustees elsewhere in the United Kingdom or the world. We also aim to (i) relieve persons in need or hardship or who are aged or sick; (ii) advance education and (iii) undertake and fulfil such other charitable activities and purposes for the benefit of the community.

Objects: (1) The Relief Of Persons Who Are In Conditions Of Need Or Hardship Or Who Are Aged Or Sick Including But Not Limited To The Distribution Of Welfare Aid/payments To Alleviate The Poor And Or Suffering;(2) To Advance The Christian Faith In London And At The Discretion Of The Trustees Elsewhere In The United Kingdom Or The World, In Accordance With The Following Statement Of Beliefs:a) The Sovereignty And Grace Of God The Father God The Son And God The Holy Spirit In Creation Providence Revelation Redemption And Final Judgement;b) The Divine Inspiration Of Holy Scripture And Its Consequent Entire Trustworthiness And Supreme Authority In All Matters Of Faith And Conduct:c) The Universal Sinfulness And Guilt Of Fallen Man Making Him Subject To God's Wrath And Condemnation;d) The Substitutionary Sacrifice Of The Incarnate Son Of God As The Sole And All-Sufficient Ground Of Redemption From The Guilt And Power Of Sin And From Its Eternal Consequences;e) The Justification Of The Sinner Solely By The Grace Of God Through Faith In Christ Crucified And Risen From The Dead;f) The Illuminating Regenerating Indwelling And Sanctifying Work Of God The Holy Spirit;g) The Priesthood Of All Believers Who Form The Universal Church The Body Of Which Christ Is The Head And Which Is Committed By His Command To The Proclamation Of The Gospel Throughout The World;h) The Expectation Of The Personal Visible Return Of The Lord Jesus Christ In Power And Glory;i) Marriage Is Ordained By God For The Lifelong Relationship Between One Man As Husband And One Woman As Wife. IT Is The Most Intimate Of Human Relationships, A Sacred And Holy Institution, And Should Be Honoured By All.(3) To Relieve, Persons Who Are In Conditions Of Need Or Hardship Or Who Are Aged Or Sick And To Relieve The Distress Caused Thereby In Particular In The Said City And At The Discretion Of The Trustees Elsewhere In The United Kingdom Or The World(4) To Advance Education And Training For Employment And In Particular Amongst Refugees In London And Elsewhere In The United Kingdom(5) To Undertake And Fulfil Such Other Charitable Activities And Purposes For The Benefit Of The Community In The Said City As The Trustees May From Time To Time Think Fit
