2. Objectives and Activities
The Association exists to support community wellbeing by providing accessible, affordable facilities for sport, recreation, and local events.
During the year, the trustees focused on:

- Supporting local clubs, groups, and residents to use the space

- Strengthening governance, financial oversight, and volunteer involvement

- Ensuring the site remained safe, welcoming, and compliant with relevant regulations
3. Achievements and Performance
Key achievements during the year included:

- Continued operation of the sports field and community spaces

- Hosting community events and supporting local organisations
- Beginning work on trustee recruitment to broaden skills and representation The trustees confirm that they have complied with the duty to have regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. LCSA provides open access to outdoor space, supports physical activity, and offers facilities for community use, benefiting residents of all ages.
5. Financial Review
The Association maintained a stable financial position during the year.
