The year saw a slight improvement in the financial situation of the Tntst and the actual income exceeded eXndItUre for the time in many years. Despite the fact energy costs soared by over 410/0 based on the previous year, this improvement in the tinances was primarily due to not having to sp¢nd on repairs to the Annex. The Annex will continue to be a drain on the fllwlces for many years to come due to the damp and heating issues which continue to be a problem. The addition of a new sign. which promot¢s the use of the Old Scljool House h&$ ¢ncouraged many new user groups. so we look forward to an increase in the rcnlal income.
