OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATION
To protect the health and safety of our
teaching staff and participants in our
classes and programmes, all of our in-
person classes and programmes were
carried out in accordance with our
Covid-19 guidelines, which we
prepared in line with Government
guidance. During the various periods of

lockdown, we transitioned our classes online and offered livestream classes. In August 2020 Lumi Foundation recruited a project director (Chief Impact Officer) to help drive day to day operations and to position Lumi Foundation for growth. In 2020, the newly appointed Chief Impact Officer coordinated the update of the Lumi Foundation’s communications and marketing activities and materials, including our website and social media. This is to ensure that they reflect our “brand” message and provide us with the tools that we require to establish growth.
