The trustees present their report and accounts for the year ended 28 February 2022.
Principal activities
The charity's principal activity during the year continued to be education and promotion of christian values and preaching the Gospel.
The following persons served as trustees during the year:

Structure , governance and management
The charity is controlled by its governing document, a deed of trust and constitutes an limited company limited by guarantee as defined by the companies act of 2006.
Risk management
The trustees have a duty to identify and review the risks to which the charity is exposed and ensure appropirate controls are in place to provide reasonable assurance against fraud and error.
Financial review
The income for the charity for the year ended 29 February 2022 totalled £12,330 as against £4883 in 2021. Total expenses incurred within the same period was £9,914 as against £5,850 in 2021
Reserve policy
It is the policy of the charity to maintain unrestricted funds which are the reservesof the charity at about 3 months of unrestricted expenditure. This provides sufficient funds to cover any emergency expenditures that may arise from time to time. The charity will seek to maintain this level throught the year.
Trustee responsibilities
Under the Charities Act 1993, the trustees are required to prepare a statement of accounts for each accounting year which gives a true and fair view of the state of the Charity. They are required to select suitable accounting policies and apply them consistently, Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent State whether the applicable accounting standards have been followed Prepare financial statements on an ongoing basis
They are responsible for keeping proper records which disclose with reasonable accuracy the finances of the churchat any time and to ensure that such accounts comply with the Charities Act 1993. They also have a responsibility to safeguard the assets of the charity and to take reasonable steps to detect fraud or other irregularities.
This report was approved by the trustees on 27 November 2022 and signed on its behalf.

Accountants' report to the directors of Overcomers Praise International
You consider that the company is exempt from an audit for the year ended 28 February 2022. You have acknowledged, on the balance sheet, your responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. These responsibilities include preparing accounts that give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company at the end of the financial year and of its profit or loss for the financial year.
In accordance with your instructions, we have prepared the accounts which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet, the Statement of Changes in Equity and the related notes from the accounting records of the company and on the basis of information and explanations you have given to us.
We have not carried out an audit or any other review, and consequently we do not express any opinion on these accounts.

The trusteess are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
