Total expenses incurred within the same period was £9,914 as against £5,850 in 2021 ## **Reserve policy** It is the policy of the charity to maintain unrestricted funds which are the reservesof the charity at about 3 months of unrestricted expenditure. This provides sufficient funds to cover any emergency expenditures that may arise from time to time. The charity will seek to maintain this level throught the year. ## **Trustee responsibilities** Under the Charities Act 1993, the trustees are required to prepare a statement of accounts for each accounting year which gives a true and fair view of the state of the Charity. They are required to select suitable accounting policies and apply them consistently, Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent State whether the applicable accounting standards have been followed Prepare financial statements on an ongoing basis They are responsible for keeping proper records which disclose with reasonable accuracy the finances of the churchat any time and to ensure that such accounts comply with the Charities Act 1993. They also have a responsibility to safeguard the assets of the charity and to take reasonable steps to detect fraud or other irregularities. You have acknowledged, on the balance sheet, your responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. These responsibilities include preparing accounts that give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company at the end of the financial year and of its profit or loss for the financial year. In accordance with your instructions, we have prepared the accounts which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet, the Statement of Changes in Equity and the related notes from the accounting records of the company and on the basis of information and explanations you have given to us. We have not carried out an audit or any other review, and consequently we do not express any opinion on these accounts.
