- To maintain preserve and manage for the public benefit the area known as Wayford Rhododendron Woods in the County of Somerset. 2. Having regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit, the trustees have followed a policy of maintaining fullest possible public access to the Woods, in particular by continuing to upgrade pathways to be all-weather and wheelchair accessible. The trustees have also followed a policy of tree and shrub planting and re-planting where necessary for the preservation and improvement of the condition of the Woods.
