The Matrix is a detailed aq8essment and planning strncture for undeislanding and developing a setting's woi'k on atlacliment and trauma. It lias three strands: individLial. institutional and coinmunity, three foci: people, piDcess and outcoines and will support the ARC awards Ihroiigh ils tliree levels.. bronze, silver and gold, wliicli i'ecognises the steps that have been taken- from training staff through to offering suppoit to others. Financial review The chai'ity's income inci'eased foi. the year ended 5 April 2024 wilh tlie Annual Conference held in Noveinber 2023 genei'aling in¢ome of £80.552 {2023 £91,601) and the Regional Conference in Mai'¢l) 2024 £38,099 (2023 - £nil). Menibersliip numbers at 5 April 2024 totalled 1,450 (2023 430) and income fiom membership5 for the year lotalled £1 01,218 (2023 £73.250). Overall the charity rnade a sU￿lUS for the year of £39,091 (2023 - deficit of £9,677). Net assets at 5 April 2024 totalled £106,200 (2023 - £67.109). Policy oil reserves The trustees recognise the need for a reasonable level of financial reserves in order to protect the charity froiii tl)e possibility of any adverse or unforeseen circumslaiices that could arise. Unrestricted reserves held at 5 April 2024 enable the charity to continue for at least a further 12 months in the event that there was a significani drop in income.
