The relief of poverty of homeless persons in Sandwell, principally in the area of Wednesbury, who are in conditions of need, hardship and distress, in particular but not exclusively by: a) the provision of food, other nourishment, clothing and other items;

b) the provision of administration services where required; c) the provision of advice regarding accessing accommodation; d) the provision of financial assistance; e) providing funds raised from a charity shop, which sells wholly donated goods, for the purposes of the charity.

During the year, the charity has undertaken the following activities: 1. feeding and clothing of homeless persons in Sandwell (principally in Wednesbury); 2. Operated the charity shop in Wednesbury to raise funds for the charity to support its charitable purposes. In accordance with Section 17(5) of the Charities Act and the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 the Trustees have read the guidance on public beneft issued by the Charity Commission, which has informed the activities during the year, being considered as an integral part of activity planning and delivery. |
