Positive West Midlands Final Trustees report
The group has had a very quiet year, and with no new premises and diminished funding opportunities the trustees have sadly decided to close the charity.
The trustees have advised the members of the decision, and whilst they were sad they understood and accepted the decision.
The trustees decided that any remaining funds should be donated to a HIV charity, and the closest we could find was in the town of Walsall and this has been done. The groups higher value physical assets had already been donated to another charity in the prior year having no premises of our own to store or use them.
Thanks were received from all members for the help and friendship we have given over the years, and we confirmed that it was our honour to have helped in any way. Finally we give our thanks to any and all who have supported us in any way including you at the Charity Commission. Thank you.
