## **Positive West Midlands Final Trustees report** 

The group has had a very quiet year, and with no new premises and diminished funding opportunities the trustees have sadly decided to close the charity. 

The trustees have advised the members of the decision, and whilst they were sad they understood and accepted the decision. 

The trustees decided that any remaining funds should be donated to a HIV charity, and the closest we could find was in the town of Walsall and this has been done. The groups higher value physical assets had already been donated to another charity in the prior year having no premises of our own to store or use them.
