The objects of the club shall be 'the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in Prudhoe, Northumberland and its surrounding areas in particular by the provision of facilities for the playing of youth and adult football'.

During the year the club operated 28 FA affiliated teams giving football training and playing opportunities for over 300 players.

The Trustees confirm that they have complied with the requirements of section 4 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission for England and Wales.

The Club thanks all of its trustees, team managers, coaches, and team assistants numbering over 35 volunteers without whom the club could not operate.

We successfully operated 28 teams giving heath and fitness and Summary of the main sporting opportunities for over 300 children and young adults, achievements of the charity maintaining good quality playing surfaces at all our pitch locations. during the year
