The growth in staffing came at a cost as we chose to use up some of our surplus to support 4 staff on a living wage, however 22-23 saw us stabilise this and broadly breakeven across the year. We are so proud of our coaches, accomplishments with Meg travelling to Palestine via the 'SkatePal' scheme to teach skateboarding and Alec travelling to Tanzania to coach their Olympic team.
