Activities

Flo Charitable Trust has been set up to ensure the provision of an Indoor Skatepark facility for the East Midlands area. In addition the wider culture around skateboarding & wheel-sports will be encouraged through arts, music, mentoring and education provision. The charity will look to widen participation in these pastimes while more broadly supporting the development of young people in society.

Objects: 1. The Promotion Of Community Participation In Healthy Recreation In Particular By The Provision Of Facilities For Skateboarding And Other Similar Wheeled Sports Including Bmx.2. To Advance In Life And Relieve Needs Of Young People Through:(a) The Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(b) Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.3. To Advance The Arts For The Benefit Of The Public And Young People In Particular, Through The Provision Of Workshop And Performance Space For Music, Media, Art, Photography And Other Art Forms.
