Chairman’s report 2024
Good Evening,
It has been a busy year with various maintenance and repair issues requiring urgent attention.
Our biggest outlay in the past year has been the work required on our PV solar system with several solar panels and the invertor being replaced. This was a necessary but costly repair.
The sewers were continuing to cause problems but hopefully this has been alleviated now that Wessex Water have agreed to attend monthly to flush the pipes.
The outside court had a much needed refurbishment due to the surface starting to break up. This work was completed by Reno Courts.
All of this along with the general repairs required throughout the Trident premises has kept us and our various contractors very busy.
We are pleased that the Trident Youth and Community Centre continues to thrive and is in constant use by our many regular patrons along with casual bookings from the community and beyond.
I would like to thank all of our Trustees for their continued support.
