Para 1.17 and 1.19 In planning our activities for the year we keep in mind the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. Our main activities are as follows:  Organising the Creigiau Carnival  Arranging the Santa Sleigh ride through Creigiau  Arranging the Boxing Day walk in Creigiau

Policy on social investment including program related investment Para 1.38 When deciding on a donation request we always consider what will have the biggest localimpact. We tend not to award to individuals in the village who make a donation request for sponsorship.

Para 1.20	Financial assistance was given to the following organisations to a total of £1630:  Friends of Creigiau School £639  Pentyrch Rugby Club £350  Ospreys in the Community £50  Creigiau Women’s Institute £200  Creigiau Cricket Club £50  MacMillan Cancer Research £341 Organising events including:  Creigiau Carnival  Santa’s sleigh and grotto  Boxing Day Walk

The charity’s principal sources of funds (including any fundraising)	Para 1.47	Our main source of funds is the money we raise at the Creigiau Carnival.
Investment policy and objectives including any social investment policy adopted	Para 1.46	We respond to written requests for funds from community groups in Creigiau. Our aim is to redistribute as much of our funds as possible. If we do not have enough funds to satisfy every request, we donate to the project that will provide the greatest benefit for the community.
A description of the principal risks facing the charity	Para 1.46	Provided that we continue to receive an annual income stream from the carnival, there are no significant risks.
