The charity is a company limited by guardntee governed by its Mernoranduni and Articles of Asswiation daled 19 February 2016. The charity was registered with the CILarity Commission on 3 March 2017. The HSeY Foundation meets the defmition of a public benefit entity under FRSIO2. The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention. Currency and rounding The accounts are presented in sterling and rounded to the neast £1. Income recognition All income is recognised once the charity has entitlement to the incom< it is probable that the income will be received and the amount of income receivable can be measured reliably.
