FINANCIAL REVIEW
Despite navigating through the tumultuous waters of the COVID-19 pandemic, a cost-of-living crisis, inflation, and the war in Ukraine, our organization has emerged stronger than ever. Thanks to our steadfast commitment and the overwhelming support of our community, we've not only weathered the storm but thrived. By tightening our belts and managing expenses wisely, we've achieved a remarkable reduction in expenditures compared to the previous year.
This newfound financial stability isn't just about survival—it's about growth. With our reserve fund in place, we're not only staying true to our mission but also paving the way for exciting program expansions. The future holds limitless possibilities, and we're poised to make an even greater impact than ever before.
Our community's generosity knows no bounds; increased volunteer recruitment and generous in-kind donations have been instrumental in our success. Together, we've built a reserve fund, fortifying our financial foundation and ensuring we're ready to face whatever challenges lie ahead.

THE NEED FOR OUR SERVICES
Young individuals hailing from low-income households often encounter obstacles that hinder their trajectory towards a promising future.
-
In Hackney, child poverty rates soar at a staggering 28%, with a notable portion of Youth on the Move's users adding to this concerning statistic.
-
The scarcity of adequate housing and private recreational spaces exacerbates stress, anxiety, and behavioral challenges among these youth.
Youth on the Move is on a mission to facilitate the transition of young people into adulthood, empowering them to cultivate independence, unlock their potential, and shatter the cycle of poverty and adversity.
5
