The charity supports opportunities for young people, in Hammersmith and Fulham, in collaboration with its Members, Partners and Supporters. The Charity is an infrastructure organisation supporting other charities with their fundraising, their sustainability, and communications.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO ('The Objects') Are:(1) The Promotion Of The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Charities And The Effective Use Of Charitable Resources By Organisations Working With Children And Young People For The Benefit Of The Public By Providing Support, Advice And Training To Charities And Through Assisting Non-Charitable Organisations To Directly Further A Charitable Purpose.(2) To Advance In Life And Relieve The Needs Of Young People Through Making Grants To Organisations That Do Any Or All Of The Following:(a) The Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(b) Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.
