A new full-time Project Manager was appointed in May 2021 with the remit to re-locate our remaining town centre delivery site to a different church, re-open the Armthorpe delivery site and open a new site in the Wheatley area of the town. These objectives were all met by the end of October 2021.
Due to the contraction of the operation and the Covid lockdown conditions, the number of food parcels supplied had been depressed. However, by the end of the reporting period parcel numbers were starting to rise and it is anticipated that this will be a continuing trend with the energy price rises and cost of living increases.
