Plan and execute the Kent Challenger Games every two years. Raise funds to cover the cost of each Games. Formulate and execute policies relevant to Games activity, such as child protection and safeguarding. Ensure the activities of the Trust and Trustees observe the Constitution. Ensure the Trust and Trustees adopt and follow guidelines issued from time to time by the Charity Commission, that are relevant to the Games. Oversee and approve the Games budget. Maintain a proper set of accounts for each Games. |
