Plan and implement the Kent Challenger Games every 2 years. Raise funds to cover the cost of each Games. Formulate and execute policies relevant to the Games activity, such as Child Protection and Safeguarding. Ensure activities of the Trust and Trustees observe the Constitution. Ensure the Trust and Trustees adopt and follow guidelines issued from time to time by the Charity Commission that are relevant to the Games. Oversee and approve Games budget. Maintain a proper set of accounts for eachGame. |
