Annual Report and Accounts 2024-2025
Trustee Statement:
The Community Hub (TCH) aims to support disadvantaged women and girls to overcome barriers, build confidence, and create brighter futures. Every day we meet women facing significant challenges, including financial hardship, social isolation, limited opportunities, and the pressures of balancing family responsibilities. Our role is to provide practical support, encouragement, and opportunities that help them move forward with greater independence and hope.
We are now supporting more than 350 women and girls through programmes that improve wellbeing, strengthen financial resilience, develop skills, and create meaningful social connections. While every participant's circumstances are different, our aim is always the same—to listen, respond to individual needs, and provide support that makes a lasting difference.
None of this would be possible without the dedication of our staff, volunteers, trustees, funders, and community partners. Their commitment enables us to continue reaching those who need us most and to develop services that are shaped by the voices of the women we support.
As you read this annual report, we hope it provides a glimpse into the resilience, determination, and achievements of the women and girls who inspire our work every day. Thank you for your continued encouragement, generosity, and belief in our mission. Together, we are helping women build stronger, more confident futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.
Mrs Ricky Heller

Mission:
The Community Hub’s mission is to engage, empower, and equip marginalised women and girls to realise their aspirations, improve access, and create opportunities. We are dedicated to recognising and addressing the diverse challenges these women face throughout different stages of their lives. By providing access to essential programs, skills, and support, we aim to help them reach their full potential and overcome the hurdles they encounter. This dedication ensures that every woman has the chance to shine, rise above her circumstances, and build a future she can be proud of.
Our devotion is unwavering as we endeavour to be a steadfast support system for the vulnerable women in our community. We want them to know [without a shadow of a doubt] that we stand by them at all times. In TCH’s books, commitment isn't just a word; it's a promise to be the rock-solid support our women can always rely on.
Vision:
We envision a thriving community where no one is left behind, and even the most vulnerable have equal opportunities for growth, success, and fulfilment. Vulnerabilities should not be barriers but springboards to success. We aim to create a space where women of all ages feel supported and heard, knowing that no matter how tough it gets, they are never alone. At The Community Hub, we strive for a community where every woman can confidently say, “I am valued, I am capable, and I have had the opportunity to thrive and succeed.
