The Trustees Consider this level will provide sufficient nds to Continue the current actsvities of the charity in the event of a signthcant drop in income in any one year. The conslTtulion provides for a minimum of 3 trustees to a maximum of 8 trustees. Trustees are to serve for a period of three years after which they must be re*lected al the next Annual General Meeting.
