As DAN seeks to improve the lives of its members, promote racial harmony and support integration among local population, we rented a meeting room at the Hyson Green Youth Club IHGYCI. Throughout the year ending 31st December 2023, we used Ihe space as a hub to bring members of our community closer logether. We always keep in mind the Charity Commission's guidance on public benef it at our trustee meetings and when conducting our activilies. We hold cash at Barclays Bank of £8.482 of which £500 is a restricled fund. We hold these funds to carryout community activities, rent venues and meet any unforeseen expendilures. We aim to hold at leasl £2.000 and no more than £18,000 in reserves at the year-end. The amount £500 is a grant funding from Nottingham Equal that we brought forward from the previous year-end.
