Activities

We aim to protect the "right to a childhood" through three strands of work:The right to read - by supporting literacy and life skills relevant to a child's reality. The right to play - by creating child-friendly spaces with structured recreation programmes involving volunteer networks. The right to feel safe - by building staff/teacher capacity to offer protection and psychosocial support.

Objects: To Advance In Life And Relieve Needs Of Children And Young People Particularly But Not Exclusively Those In The Urban Slums Of Pakistan Through:(a) Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities For Education;(b) The Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(c) Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals;(d) Such Other Means As From Time To Time May Be Determined Subject To The Prior Written Consent Of The Charity Commission.
