**Objects:** TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE IN THE URBAN SLUMS OF PAKISTAN THROUGH:(A) PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION;(B) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;(C) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS;(D) SUCH OTHER MEANS AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE DETERMINED SUBJECT TO THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE CHARITY COMMISSION.

**Activities:** We aim to protect the "right to a childhood" through three strands of work:The right to read - by supporting literacy and life skills relevant to a child's reality. The right to play - by creating child-friendly spaces with structured recreation programmes involving volunteer networks. The right to feel safe - by building staff/teacher capacity to offer protection and psychosocial support.
