Objectives and Activities
H.O.P.E. is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of orphans in Russia by providing an opportunity for every child to pursue a higher education.
H.O.P.E. is not an emergency relief charity; we are focused on sustainable solutions for every child depending on the existing needs.
We carefully target our resources to obtain maximum benefits for as many orphans as possible.
All trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit
