H.O.P.E. is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of orphans in Russia by providing an opportunity for every child to pursue a higher education.H.O.P.E. is not an emergency relief charity; we are focused on sustainable solutions for every child depending on the existing needs. We carefully target our resources to obtain maximum benefits for as many orphans as possible.
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:to Relieve Poverty And To Advance Education Of Orphans In Russia By:-1. Raising Funds For Children Living In Orphanages In Russia;2. Helping Older Children To Adapt To Independent Life After Leaving Orphanages;3. Assisting And Supporting Orphans In Choosing Their Career Path;4. Providing Financial Support To Enable Students Who Show Promise The Chance To Continue Their Further Education;5. Raising Awareness About Problems Children Face After Leaving The Orphanage.”nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
