Southgate Opera Audited Accounts 1 Aug 2021 – 31 July 2022

Auditor’s report

I have finished auditing the accounts and there is nothing material that will affect the P and L.

The only question I have relates to Wyllyotts settlement statement. I do not have the vouchers for previous years but think they did not charge us for issuing tickets. I see they have a box office levy charge which I assume is for tickets they issue or sell via their box office. There is an expense line in the P AND L for box office which may be appropriate for the levy rather than in THEATRE HIRE. Alternatively delete Box Office and call it Theatre Expenses.

Otherwise I am happy to sign off accounts for 2021 2022
