To further or benefit the residents of the parish of Muggleswick and surrounding areas without distinction of sex. sexual orientation, race or of polikn'cal, religious or other opinions by associating together the said residents and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the nterests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life ft)r the residents. In furtherance of these objects but not otherwise, the trustees shall have power: To establish or secure the establishment of a parish hall and to maintain or manage or cooperate with any statutory authority in the maintenance and management of such a hall for activities promoted by the charity in fvrtherance of the above objects. A social evening was held in the hall following Muggleswick All Saints Church harvest festival and carol servi￿. and the committee held celebration for all parishioners for the Coronab'on of King Charles Statement confsrming whether the trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit Para 1.18 Throughout the year the committee has aimed to promote our objectives of benefiting the residents of Muggleswick and surrounding areas and promote social welfare for recreational activities with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents. community growth and participation.
